Remax.com now includes information on properties at each stage of foreclosure: pre-foreclosure, auction and bank-owned. You can search by several criteria, including city, county and ZIP code and type of property (default, auction or bank-owned).
You can receive more detailed information on any property by signing up for a free seven-day trial membership. This advanced information includes the address, loan and lien history, sales history, tax assessment data and recent comparable sales.
