No matter how much space my clients may have in their homes, they always seem to need just a little more. That's why I recommend maximizing your closet space with shelving or other organizers. Then once you've created this extra space, you can start deciding which items are worth keeping and which are not. While it's never easy to part with our stuff, the fact of the matter is if you haven't used the item in six months or more, it's likely better served in someone else's possession.
