Nowadays we may take it for granted, but long ago, laminated flooring was considered a luxury. The idea for the flooring actually came from its tabletop counterpart, introduced by a Swedish manufacturer in 1923. It wasn’t until over 70 years later that laminated flooring was first brought to the United States. Just in case you were wondering….
